Cancellation and Refund Policy for Come Learn Forex
1. Refund on Deposit:
– If a customer is not accepted for the training, they are eligible for a full refund on the deposit they have made. The refund will be processed within 10 business days upon confirmation of non-acceptance.
2. Full Payment Post Acceptance:
– Once a customer is accepted for the training, they are required to make the full payment for the course. This payment is non-refundable once the training commences.
3. Training Date Extension:
– If a customer is unable to attend the scheduled training, they are allowed to extend their training date for up to six months from the original date of commencement. This applies to both customers who have only deposited and those who have made the full payment.
– The customer must notify Come Learn Forex at least 14 days prior to the original training date to be eligible for the extension.
– Only one extension is permitted per customer.
4. No Shows:
– Customers who do not show up for the training without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or an extension.
5. Force Majeure:
– In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, Come Learn Forex reserves the right to reschedule the training. Affected customers will be notified and given options for future training dates.
6. How to Request a Refund or Extension:
– To request a refund on a deposit or to extend a training date, customers must contact our customer service team via email at Support@comelearnforex.com or call us at 020 3488 3708. Please provide your name, registration details, and reason for the request.
